You will be involved in all aspects of family law work including divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements and child law. You will also be responsible for managing your own caseload, delivering delivering accurate, high-quality advice to a wide range of clients and help to develop an already expanding department.
To be considered for this position, you should have at least 3+ years PQE and come from a strong family law/litigation background. Knowledge of Sheriff Court procedures is desirable. The team is keen to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic, show a willingness to learn new tasks, a great team player and can build good rapport with clients and colleagues. Although this position is advertised as full-time, candidates seeking part-time work are also encouraged to apply.
