Exciting opportunity to join this growing firm in Guernsey! This is a busy team who advise on a wide variety of disputes for individuals and commercial organisations, such as investment fund, banking, trust and employment disputes, company/director/shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency, data protection, fraud and asset tracing, medical negligence and personal injury and regulatory investigations and enforcement.
