Our client, a successful Scottish firm, has a vacancy for a senior level qualified corporate solicitor. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 year’s PQE. This role will offer a varied workload providing corporate and commercial advice to a range of clients on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate work. The firm is flexible on location and is open to candidates located in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. Hybrid working is also on offer.
