Senior Conveyancing Lawyer / Glasgow / competitive salary package / full or part time / hybrid working


Aspire has an exciting vacancy for a senior conveyancing lawyer to join a highly regarded law firm in Glasgow.


The successful candidate will lead the busy department in all aspects of residential conveyancing, coach and mentor staff, build the department via relationship building and business development activities and be an integral part in the overall firm's strategy.


Work will be of a high quality and you will manage the client relationships as well as oversee the sale/purchase process from beginning to end with solicitor and paralegal support.

Required experience:


  • Over three years' PQE in residential conveyancing but no upper limit;
  • Able to use own initiative and effectively manage diary;
  • Excellent interpersonal, team working and leadership skills;
  • A business development track record with a good network in and around Glasgow;
  • Understanding of property transactions and associated legal aspects;
  • Knowledge of the Scottish property market
