Senior Associate or Legal Director, Commercial Property / Edinburgh or Glasgow / full or part time / flexible and hybrid working

Aspire is acting on behalf of a major law firm in Scotland to secure a Seniro Associate or Legal Director for its busy and successful real estate department in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The client base/work is varied and of a high quality and profile such as major corporate occupier clients as well as property investment and development. The successful candidate will inherit this workload, handle clients and assist with the day to day leadership and coaching of the team.

Candidates should have/be:

• Scots/dual qualified and currently at an Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director level;
• over 5 years' PQE;
• had exposure to a wide range of real estate work;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• a professional approach, relationship builder and team player.
