Job Description

This award-winning law firm are currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Construction & Infrastructure team in Scotland (Glasgow or Edinburgh based).  You should have at least 5 years’ pqe of non contentious construction matters. Knowledge and experience in the interface between real estate, banking and construction documents and drafting and revising contracts and appointments for a range of projects.

You will work with a range of companies including a mix of regional and national companies, local authorities and educational institutions to which the team provides the full range of non-contentious and contentious construction services.  The non-contentious work is predominantly development, investment and banking related with specific sector experience in mixed use, retail, housing, student accommodation, education and regeneration. The team has worked on many large projects in the region and nationally.
