Our top-ranked Funds and Indirect Real Estate team is searching for a motivated lawyer to join our ranks. This dynamic group advises on both the manager and investor sides of fund transactions, with expertise in secondaries as well. Our clients span the spectrum, from innovative startups to well-established international institutions.

What You'll Do:

·       Gain experience across a variety of GP and LP work, including secondaries transactions.

·       Collaborate closely with our team as well as tax and regulatory experts across various regions.

·       Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives, raising your profile and the firm's.

·       Help propel a growing and successful funds practice.

Who You Are:

·       A skilled legal drafter with the ability to bridge the gap between legal theory and practical solutions.

·       A lawyer with strong judgment and excellent interpersonal and consulting skills.

·       An individual with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) at a leading law firm, ideally focused on funds and investment management.

·       A well-rounded professional with experience in fund formation across various asset classes (private equity, credit, venture, infrastructure) and exposure to LP-side advice and secondaries transactions.
