As a Senior AML Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in protecting the firm's interests by minimizing risks associated with day-to-day business operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory AML/KYC/Sanctions requirements, both internally and in the jurisdictions where the firm operates. You will provide support and guidance to lawyers, educating them in best practice risk management and AML procedures.

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in AML/KYC/Sanctions within a legal environment - gained in-house or in private practice
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory AML framework in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience leading or assisting with audits and implementing recommendations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and provide effective training
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
