The Role:
- Varied, interesting, complex and high value work
- Drafting, negotiating, and implementing acquisition/sale missives for a variety of transaction types
- Assisting with negotiation and implementation of development/option agreements
- General property management for various types of clients and properties
- Leasing, including agricultural holdings
- Crofting
- Commercial and non-commercial development relating to large estates
- Small-largescale renewables projects and residential developments

The Candidate:
- 4+ PQE
