The role is to work in a diverse range of rural property issues, to include dealing with farms, estates, crofts, rural houses as well as renewable energy, fishing’s and forestry transactions.
Applicants must be qualified in Scots Law and have at least 4 years of PQE. The ideal candidate should have experience with rural conveyancing; however, we would consider candidates that have a very strong background in conveyancing that have a genuine interest in rural conveyancing.
The suitable candidate should have a proven track record to work to deadlines and you will be focussed on time management. You should also be able to build a rapport and communicate effectively with clients, other legal representatives and lenders
