My client, at the forefront of real estate work both in Scotland and in the city, has a requirement for an assistant to accentuate their commercial property departments already phenomenal offering.
You will take on a caseload of varied real estate work related to rural and energy including onshore renewables, rural property, mining, licensing and leisure.
With commercial property roles probably the most prevalent available in the country at present, it is rare to find an opportunity that offers something more unique in the current climate. This role certainly does.
Ideally you will be between 1 and 4 years post qualified and already have some experience of renewable energy or a demonstrable desire to move towards this arena.
You will in conjunction with my clients corporate finance and private client teams in relation to large scale transactions which will also involve cross border work.
This firm has a true passion and is invested majorly in working with landowners and developers or funders of renewable projects, including onshore, wind, hydro and solar.
