Due to organic growth, a returning client of mine is seeking additional land and rural property solicitors to join the firm in Perth.
My client runs a dynamic, niche law firm with clients spanning across agriculture, rural property and commercial law.
Having a supportive, friendly and down to earth approach this firm can bring high job satisfaction. Your role will be mixed, focusing on land and rural property along with commercial property work.
Your caseload will include an exciting mix of sales and purchases of all types of commercial property, including nursing homes, children’s nurseries and licensed premises such as pubs, restaurants and hotels.
You will also be advising landlords and tenants, sale and leaseback deals, purchase or sale of land for development, renewable energy projects including wind farms, hydro schemes, and biomass to name a few.
To be successful in applying for this role, you must be at least 1 PQE, with relevant rural or commercial property experience. Living local to the area of Perth would be an advantage, but those who are committed to commuting will be considered.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
