This successful law firm has an opportunity for a solicitor to join its busy rural property team based in Edinburgh. This successful small team have represented clients in the purchase and sale of Estates, Farms, and Woodlands and also in connection with agricultural leases and sporting, fishing and crofting interests.
The ideal candidate will be at least 3 years’ PQE, although candidates with less experience will be considered.
You will be involved in the following:
Advising clients on the acquisitions and sales of rural properties, sporting and fishing rights, minerals and option agreements, residential property matters and commercial contracts throughout Scotland;
Dealing with renewable energy option agreements, servitudes, leases of farmland and other rural properties;
Acting for clients in respect of crofting matters;
Dealing with voluntary registrations of Estates and other rural properties.
