As the business continues to grow they are now seeking to further bolster their team, working closely with the Managing Partner and Senior Associate you shall be involved in a good range of transactions including the purchase and sale of rural land, agricultural leases, renewable energy projects, servitudes, crofting and supporting businesses in complex matters such as restructuring and succession planning.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ previous post qualifying experience of managing rural property matters (including those listed above). Whilst remote working is offered currently there will be the opportunity to have a blend of home and office working post COVID. This is a full time post but the business is such that they are more than happy to consider flexible/part time working.
A competitive salary to £35,000 (DOE) together with excellent career development opportunities are offered.
