RTA - Personal Injury Solicitor| NQ+ | Glasgow

 

A new opportunity to join a growing personal injury team, with an RTA focus, in central Glasgow. After several strong months of performance and new instructions, the firm is looking to recruit a further Solicitor to strengthen their RTA team- interest is welcome from NQ to Senior Personal Injury Solicitors.  

 

The Firm:

·               Multi-service, Scottish, law firm with central office location in Glasgow.

·               A supportive and inclusive team with hybrid and flexible working options offered as standard- including compressed working weeks (4 day week).

·               An investor in legal IT and infrastructure systems to fully support their fee earner teams in the office or at home.

·               A proven advocate of internal training and development with several of the firms senior solicitors joining as trainees/junior solicitors.

 

The Role:

·               Manage a challenging personal injury caseload- chiefly focused on RTA with some occasional EL/PL matters.

·               Be an available source of support and mentorship from trainees and junior within the team.

·               Provide clients with the most effective legal advice during challenging periods of their life.

·               Be a pragmatic and effective member of the wider, multi-service, firm.  

·               Attend and support the wider firm and personal injury team during networking and business development opportunities.

 

 

The Candidate:

·               Scottish qualified Personal Injury Solicitor  

·               Previous experience within personal injury.

·               Dedicated and professional working manner.
