Job Description

They continue to grow and as such are seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant to successfully manage a high-volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims.

The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience of managing your own caseload of Fast Track RTA litigated claims, have excellent negotiation skills, have a strong working knowledge of the CPR, legislation and relevant case law and be familiar with case management systems.

Target orientated, with a key eye for detail you shall strive to manage claims, assess liability and quantum and will meet and exceed targets.
