Our client is looking to recruit a Risk and Compliance Manager to be based in the Glasgow office.

Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Risk and Compliance Manager to be based in the Glasgow office.  You will have responsibility for planning, designing and implementing firm wide risk and compliance strategies, management processes and policies and procedures as you lead and embed a culture of excellence in regulatory risk and compliance management.  You will also be involved in the following;

  • Development of strategy for Risk and Compliance
  • Evolving the systems, policies and procedures in respect of risk and compliance
  • Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the strategy in respect of risk and compliance, both at a macro and micro level
  • Undertaking risk assessments, developing and maintaining risk register, and assisting different departments with risk assessments and risk registers
  • Providing training as and when required
  • Internal audits and spot checks of the application of our systems, policies and procedures
