A top International firm is looking for a solicitor to add to their Finance & Projects department, focusing on Restructuring and Insolvency.
The Firm & Team:
- Tier 1 team
- Features on all the major bank panels
- Well established, market leading firm
- Clear career progression
The Role:
- Focus on contentious and non contentious insolvency matters
- Support partners with financial restructuring and insolvency mandates
- Work on transactional insolvency mandates
- Advise on issues such as breach of directors' duties
- Review and advise on banking documentation
The Candidate:
- NQ - 2PQE
- Ideally from a corporate, banking, litigation or business restructuring background
- Interested in restructuring and insolvency
- Excellent attention to detail
