Residential Solicitor -  Ayr - Hybrid

1 – 5+ PQE - £neg (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Package.

We are delighted to partner with our client, a long-established, prominent and busy firm based in Ayr with deep roots in the local community. 

Due to continue business growth, and opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Solicitor to join their expanding team.

Their highly experienced property team provides expert conveyancing services across all types of residential property. With decades of local market knowledge, our client prides themselves on delivering a personal, friendly and efficient service that guides clients smoothly through the process of purchasing and selling their home. 

You will manage your own caseload, dealing with the purchase and sale of residential properties and delivering a high level of professional service. 

The role involves direct client contact and collaboration within a supportive and experienced property team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, including purchases, sales, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers.
Provide tailored legal advice and maintain regular communication with clients.
Handle all financial aspects of transactions and post-completion work.
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, and estate agents to ensure smooth progress.

Work collaboratively as part of a highly efficient team.
