Residential Property Solicitor - Lanarkshire

My client is a highly regarded, multi service law firm looking for to add an enthusiastic, forward thinking Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to to their busy Rutherglen based team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor who has long term goals to take over a successful business.

The ideal candidate will be NQ to 5 years PQE with a background in residential conveyancing and will act for clients in the legal aspects of sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and transfer of title.

The role:
Dealing with a varied caseload or Residential Property transactions from inception to completion
Supporting the wider team with any complex queries

Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor ideally NQ-5 years PQE (will consider more senior candidates)
Experience handling a varied caseload of residential property matters
