The firm is seeking an additional conveyancer who will be involved in all aspects of residential property matters, including sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, and title transfers.
Candidates with a minimum of 1-year PQE who can work with minimal supervision are encouraged to apply. NQs who have undertaken a focussed-property traineeship will also be considered.
You should be able to work efficiently to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage various aspects of property transactions. Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous, as the position involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients and property agents.
