My client is a highly regarded, multi service law firm looking for to add an enthusiastic, forward thinking Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to to their busy Glasgow based team. Highly competitive salary, hybrid working and great progression are on offer with this entrepreneurial legal firm.
The ideal candidate will be NQ to 5 years PQE with a background in residential conveyancing and will act for clients in the legal aspects of sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and transfer of title.
The role:
Dealing with a varied caseload or Residential Property transactions from inception to completion
Supporting the wider team with any complex queries
Mentoring paralegals and junior staff
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor ideally NQ-5 years PQE (will consider more senior candidates)
Experience handling a varied caseload of residential property matters
