Our client is a well established law firm seeking an experienced residential property paralegal to join their warm and welcoming highly reputable Residential Property team.
You will be afforded the opportunity to work within a hands-on environment completing purchases and processing all residential sales and managing plot sales for home builder clients. You may also be required to provide support to solicitors in connection with commercial property transactions.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained solid residential property experience in a similar role, be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills.
