Iconic Resourcing are proud to partner with a renowned and highly regarded UK law firm with offices based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre for the role of Paralegal within their Residential Property team, known for their expertise in the field and extensive client list.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an acclaimed firm working with a truly innovative and solutions driven practice, who value and nourish client relationships by working in true partnership with clients both in the UK and Internationally.

The Role of Paralegal is an integral part of the Residential Property team and will involve supporting the wider team on completion of transactions.  The work will be varied and interesting and will see you collaborate with the firms many other departments.

The required candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role or be able to demonstrate competence in the following

• Negotiate and conclude missives, including reporting to and taking instructions from clients
• Progress and complete plot sale transactions
• Compile title packs for sites /developments
• Assist in the process of buying and selling on part exchange properties
• Prepare and submit LBTT returns
• Examine title deed and report to client
• Order property searches and legal reports
• Demonstrate effectively handling a busy caseload whilst maintaining client relations
• Meet all deadlines and comply with all company procedures
• Be client focused
• Have the ability to work automatously whilst being an effective part of a wider team
