You may already work within a high street firm or perhaps you work in a large city firm and are seeking a better work/life balance.

The roles would suit applicants with a background or are looking to specialise in residential and/or private client law. Training and support is available. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and the desire and ambition to drive the business forward and want career progression. Work is of high quality and the ability to manage your own caseload and prioritise work is essential.

Depending on experience, key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on all matters relating to the purchase, sale, re-mortgaging and transfer of residential and/or commercial property;
• Negotiating missives;
• Attending to registration of title and voluntary registrations;
• Wills, Trusts, POA’s & Guardianships, Executries and Inheritance Tax and long term care planning.

The roles on offer are flexible with genuine career prospects for the right candidates. Although full time is preferred, we may consider part time. Salary is commensurate with experience.
