Job Description

A well-established and modern law firm is looking to appoint a residential conveyancing solicitor (NQ-5) to join its growing team in Edinburgh. The Role

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Examining title and managing transactions from instruction to completion
• Maintaining regular client contact and delivering a high standard of client service
• Building and maintaining relationships with referrers and contributing to business development
• Supporting junior team members where required

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, organised and client-focusedInteres
