To be considered for this residential conveyancing solicitor opportunity you will have hands on experience of managing a wide range of residential property matters and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion.
Your role will involve dealing with a full range of high-quality residential conveyancing transactions including sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients, examining title, and re-mortgages.
Ideally you will be a residential conveyancing solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE and have a proven track record in handling the full cycle of conveyancing transactions. Consideration may also be given to experienced paralegals.
