Our client is a well-established Legal500 firm who is now seeking an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join their welcoming and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team in Edinburgh.

Job Description

The firm has many years of experience across the whole of the property sector and is committed to building relationships. You will become a valued member of the team and be surrounded by a wealth of experience.

To be considered for this residential conveyancing solicitor opportunity you will have hands on experience of managing a wide range of residential property matters and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion.

Your role will involve dealing with a full range of high-quality residential conveyancing transactions including sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients, examining title, and re-mortgages.

Ideally you will be a residential conveyancing solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE and have a proven track record in handling the full cycle of conveyancing transactions. Consideration may also be given to experienced paralegals.
