A superb opportunity has arisen for an ambitious residential conveyancing solicitor (NQ-4), to join this national award winning firm. This particular opportunity will be offered on a full time basis* and will be based in Aberdeen.

Job Description

The firm offer a full range of legal services and you will be surrounded by an abundance of experienced and highly skilled property professionals. 

 

To be considered for this residential conveyancing solicitor opportunity you will have hands on experience of managing a wide range of conveyancing matters and be able to handle your own high volume caseload.     

 

Your role will include (not an exhaustive list), sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of title, concluding missives and ensuring that clients’ expectations are met at all times. 

 

The successful candidate will ideally possess sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures and have the ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritise your workload.
