You will be involved in all aspects of residential conveyancing, ranging from but not limited to, sales and purchases of residential properties, re-mortgaging, transfers of titles and executing missives.
As the successful candidate, you will have had residential conveyancing experience either during your traineeship or post qualification, as well as having the organisation and communication skills required to effectively manage your own caseload.
