In this opportunity, you be given an excellent foundation to start your career in property, as you will be involved in all aspects of conveyancing, ranging from but not limited to, sales and purchases of residential properties, new build developments, preparing and submitting LBTT returns, re-mortgaging, transfers of titles and executing missives.
The team you will be joining are well-established in the Tayside region, and are known for providing a positive and collaborative working environment for their solicitors, with internal promotions key to their growth.
As the successful candidate, you will have ideally have had property experience during your traineeship or post qualification, and have the ability to manage your own caseload from inception to completion.
