We are working with a well-established firm based in Inverness, due to continued and organic growth they are now looking for a residential conveyancing solicitor (NQ+) with experience of handling a wide range of conveyancing matters to join their welcoming team on a permanent or fixed-term basis.
This role will offer good quality work, the opportunity to be part of a progressive and inclusive team and a firm that is truly passionate about providing a first class service.
Your role will include, dealing with all sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, examining title, preparing and submitting LBTT returns, preparing and finalising documents and delivering a first-class customer service.
Ideally, you will be a personable and competent residential conveyancing solicitor, with sound communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are also highly advantageous.
