Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Dundee

Job Description

Our client requires an experienced Solicitor to join its firm in Dundee. The principal areas of work are residential purchase, sale and transfer. The ideal candidate will be at least 3 years’ PQE with excellent client care skills.  Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Take on cases on the instructions of the HOD/ Partner
• Take calls from clients and third parties
• Meet with clients
• Conduct all necessary conveyancing formalities
• Take all opportunities to offer our clients other services provided by the firm including mortgages, wills, etc.
• Carry out other duties as required by Partners from time to time
• Advise clients and keep them informed of progress
