Role Requirements:
The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a caseload of residential property transactions, guiding clients through the conveyancing process from instruction to settlement.
Experience:
Scottish qualified solicitor with conveyancing experience (NQs considered)
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Experience handling residential property transactions through to completion
Skills:
Attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Excellent client communication skills with an empathetic manner
Confident working independently whilst contributing to team objectives
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
