Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a supportive team within a highly regarded law firm. This role involves handling various conveyancing transactions while contributing to business growth and maintaining excellent client and referrer relationships.
Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with a solid background in residential conveyancing
Comprehensive knowledge of purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges
Proven ability to conduct title examinations and legal drafting
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and sustain excellent relationships with clients and referrers
Oversee the entire conveyancing process with precision and attention to detail
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with strong relationship-building abilities
Self-driven and committed to delivering top-notch client service
