Job Opportunity: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Glasgow (hybrid)
Overview:
A prominent law firm in Glasgow is keen to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding team. Full-time and part-time hours considered.
The Role:
Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and title transfers
Review property titles and provide legal advice
Draft deeds and other legal documents
Communicate with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience in residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases
Examining property titles and resolving legal issues
Experience in client consultations and advising on transaction processes
Ability to efficiently manage caseloads and coordinate with banks and solicitors
Skills:
Communication and client relationship-building abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in drafting legal documents
Capability to manage your workload effectively
