Location: Glasgow (hybrid)
Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive team within a highly regarded law firm. This role offers you the chance to work on a variety of conveyancing transactions while contributing to business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience
Qualified Solicitor with a proven background in residential conveyancing
Solid understanding of purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and discharges
Demonstrated ability to handle title examinations and legal drafting
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to the residential conveyancing team
Build and maintain excellent client and referrer relationships
Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process with efficiency and attention to detail
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Team-oriented with excellent relationship-building capabilities
Self-motivated and driven to deliver high-quality client service
