Our client is a well established national law firm who have many years of experience across the whole of the property sector. They are now seeking an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join their welcoming and highly-regarded residential property team in Edinburgh. You will become a valued member of the team and be surrounded by a wealth of experience.
To be considered for this residential conveyancing solicitor opportunity you will have hands on experience of managing a wide range of property matters and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion.
Your role will involve dealing with a full range of high quality property transactions including sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, examining title, re-mortgages as well as new build developments and delivering a first-class customer service.
