Job Description

Would you like to work for a top tier national law firm who have an outstanding reputation? This opportunity will be based in the heart of Edinburgh city centre where their well-regarded real estate team seeks a residential conveyancing solicitor. 

 

You will be joining a fantastic team and have excellent exposure to high quality matters and work alongside distinguished individuals.

 

Your role will include, dealing with all sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, examining title, preparing and submitting LBTT returns, preparing and finalising documents and delivering a first-class customer service.  

 

You will hold relevant residential experience ideally including working with builders. You will also be client focused, be a confident communicator and have exceptional time management skills.
