Highly reputable law firm in Aberdeen require a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their highly successful department. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year pqe. 
 
Working under some of the most highly respected and successful partners in the region, you will be joining a highly established team which continues to grow. 
 
Responsibilities of the role include: -

Advising clients on the marketing, purchase and sale of properties

Concluding missives

Conveyance of title to residential properties

Security work relative to residential properties, other general conveyancing transactions

Purchase and sale of plots of land, transfer of title between connected parties, drafting and completing deeds of servitude, completion of deeds.

You will be energetic, hard-working and eager to develop your career. You should possess excellent communication skills and possess a strong eye for detail.
