Leading Scottish law firm who have an outstanding reputation and are located in the heart of Edinburgh city, seek an additional residential conveyancing senior solicitor/associate to join their Residential Property team.

Job Description

Due to continued growth, our client's well established Residential Property team seeks to take an additional residential conveyancing senior solicitor/associate to join their team.

 

To be considered for this residential conveyancing senior solicitor/associate opportunity, you will have hands on experience of managing a wide range of property matters and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion.

 

Your role will involve dealing with a full range of high quality property transactions including sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, examining title, re-mortgages (this is not an exhaustive list) and delivering a first-class customer service. 

 

Ideally you will be a residential conveyancing senior solicitor/associate with 4+ years' PQE and have a proven track record in handling the full cycle of conveyancing transactions. Candidates with less than 4 years' PQE will also be considered.
