Job Description

We are working with a large Glasgow based firm, to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join them, this will be supporting an exceptionally busy team.  You should have previous experience within Residential Conveyancing.


Responsibilities will include:

Providing Secretarial and administrative support

Audio & Copy typing of documentation

Dealing and Liaising with Clients

Submit registration forms online

The successful candidate must have an understanding of Residential Conveyancing and be able to start asap. Experience in a similar environment is essential.


You should have –

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Good PC and systems knowledge
