Job Description

Our client is well established law firm who have many years of experience across the whole of the property sector. Due to organic growth they now seek an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join their highly-regarded team in Edinburgh.  

 

To be considered for this residential conveyancing paralegal opportunity you will have hands on experience of managing a wide range of property matters and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion. 

 

Your role will involve dealing with a full range of property transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of residential transactions throughout the whole of Scotland. 

 

The successful candidate will deal with a broad range of clients, including individuals, companies, local authorities and trusts, wishing to acquire or dispose of residential property. In addition, this position involves day to day aspects of development plot sales.
