Well regarded Legal500 firm seeking an additional residential conveyancing paralegal to join their Edinburgh office.

Job Description

Our client is a leading Legal500 national law firm who have an outstanding reputation. This particular position will be based in the heart of Edinburgh city centre where their well-regarded property and infrastructure team seeks to take an additional residential conveyancing paralegal.   
 
You will be working within one of the best and most experienced property and infrastructure teams where the whole firm has the expertise, experience and depth of resources to deliver a first class service. 
 
Your role will be to support and work alongside senior fee earners with residential conveyancing matters, including;
- taking initial instructions for sales and purchases
- dealing with clients, estate agents and solicitors
- progressing and completing purchase and sale transactions
- preparing and submitting LBTT returns for properties
- dealing with completion arrangements for purchases and sales 
 
To be considered for this residential conveyancing paralegal opportunity you will ideally have experience in residential conveyancing, however, candidates with related legal experience will be considered.
