Job Description

A leading law firm is seeking a solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join its Renewable Energy team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will work on projects in wind, hydro, solar, battery storage, and marine sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating legal documents such as exclusivity agreements, options, and leases
  • Conducting due diligence (reviewing and verifying details) for investors and funders
  • Assisting clients in the renewables supply chain with their legal needs
  • Participating in industry events and contributing to client bulletins
