My client is seeking an NQ – 15 years’ PQE clinical negligence solicitor to join its personal injury team. The firm is Leeds based and due to continued success of the work the team is doing in Scotland, the firm is now looking for an experienced clinical negligence solicitor to join its team fully remote.
You will work on a varied pursuer personal injury caseload with majority of the work focused on clinical negligence matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling both non-litigated and litigated cases within the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court. Preferably you will have experience handling clinical negligence cases and have experience in the Court of Session.
