Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join this law firm who provides a regulatory compliance monitoring service to international client organisations, blending sophisticated on-line functionality with highly tailored, relationship driven, sector expertise.  You will join a busy team who monitor and capture changes in regulations pertinent to a number of topics across a multitude of global jurisdictions, curating, indemnifying, and publishing information to ensure international compliance and the avoidance of costly fines.

The role supports the development and implementation of the organisations global regulatory monitoring service.  Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing the data collection process.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of data contribution and delivery of data in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with specific LDS to clarify data, queries or issues relating to the data stream.
  • Provide monthly instructions to LDS network via the online tool.
  • Ensuring all LDS queries regarding the use of the online tool are addressed.
  • Providing training on use of the tool to contributors from the LDS Network.
  • Onboarding new LDS organisations into the network.
  • Ensuring all business administration communication is up to date including TORs and LOEs, confirmation of contractual and pricing matters ongoing administrative updates.
  • Ensuring all LDS invoices have been received and payments are in progress.
