The team handles diverse cases for corporate clients and insurers, providing advice, conducting investigations, and representing clients in regulatory actions, criminal proceedings, and Fatal Accident Inquiries.
The role will be exciting and diverse, offering regulatory advice, assisting with court preparations, engaging in business development, and adhering to case management and security policies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with experience in health and safety law, along with a commercial and client-focused approach. This position offers the opportunity for varied, high-quality legal work, including court appearances and complex investigations across Scotland.
