Core-Asset Consulting’s client, a Law Firm in Edinburgh, has an opportunity for a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join its Real Estate department on a permanent basis. 
 
You will have a minimum of 1 year post qualified experience and will work as part of a team that focuses on major international retailers, household-name hotel and leisure operators, commercial investors and developers.
 
Essential:
 
1-5 years post qualifying experience 
Scottish Qualified Solicitor
Experience and knowledge of working in Real Estate is essential
Can demonstrate an active interest and enthusiasm for the property industry
Takes the time to understand the department’s key clients, the industry they operate in and the challenges they face
Ability to communicate in a confident, clear and informal way
 
Core responsibilities:
 
Noting title and report drafting for clients
Analysing and reporting on investment leases
Drafting, negotiating and implementing acquisition/sale missives for a variety of transaction types.
Assisting with negotiation and implementation of development/project agreements
General property management for various types of client/properties for various portfolios
