Your role will involve a broad range of high quality real estate matters from advising on high value acquisitions and disposals, regeneration projects and property investments across various sectors, both private and public.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained previous real estate experience and any involvement in commercial leasing work would be highly desirable. You will also be commercially minded as well as technically excellent and have a solid client focused approach where you enjoy business development. Consideration will also be given to solicitors who are dual qualified in Scotland and England & Wales.
