You will be working within a team where you will be surrounded by the expertise of highly skilled solicitors with an abundance of experience.
Your role will comprise of a mix of commercial real estate matters including - property telecoms work, project specific site acquisitions, property investment work, property finance work and commercial leasing.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience of dealing with a range of real estate matters in similar environment. Any exposure to property transactions relating to the energy sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
An enthusiastic, energetic and a pro-active approach are a must!
